"We replaced our old deck and added a screended in portch to our home. We received 2 estimates which were about the same in cost. However we went with Georgia Home Remodeling because they got us our estimate before they committed to have it to us while the other company was 2 weeks late. Chris projected that the job would be done in 12 days. Everything was done within a week except for our screens which were delayed by the manufacturer. Chris stayed in constant contact to let us know what was going on. The gutters had to be installed by a separate company and Chris did a good job in finding someone to install the gutters for us. I will call Ga Home Remodeling when I need more work done to my house."

"My wife has not been happy with any of the construction/home improvement companies that we've had work on our 20 year old home. We've been disappointed time and time again. But, I called Chris at Ga. Home Remodeling and he came out the next day, looked over our decks, which we were wanting to have restained, and gave us an estimate. When the terms were agreed upon, a crew was at our house next day prepping the deck. Next day, a crew replaced the upper decking and the third day our decks were stained. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommended. They'll be back. :)"

"I would rate Chris and his team very highly. I was putting up my house for sale and needed a bunch of things to be fixed before listing. He came up with an effective plan to stay within my budget and even agreed to split the job into two parts so I could evaluate his work before proceeding with the larger part of the job. In my opinion, it is easy to do high-end expensive jobs but it is much harder to provide even satisfactory results on jobs that operate within tight limits. I must admit I was impressed by the workmanship and also his ideas, flexibility and attitude towards getting the job done on schedule. Another appealing aspect of their business is that they can handle most jobs and I did not have to negotiate separately with different contractors for jobs such as painting, pressure washing, repairing wood trim, installing bathrooms, closets etc. I have asked him to proceed with the second part of the project and will post a more detailed feedback once the whole project is complete. So far, I do not have any hesitation in recommending him to any potential customer."

"We needed someone to repair all the items listed on an inspection report from our new buyers. Chris Allen came on a Thursday morning with a great estimate (other estimates I received were double the price) and a great attitude. The next morning he sent his dad and brother to do all the repairs. They completed everything we asked and even cleaned up after themselves. The best part was that the total cost was lower than estimated. That night when I realized that I had neglected to tell them about two minor repairs, Chris Allen told me they would get fixed at no additional charge to us. Two days later, the repairs were done. No questions asked. We had an awesome experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Definitely a great family with integrity and pride in their business."
